Sonic Yoga Nidra
Join our Curators, Kate Mikkelsen and Sen Wilde, for a Sonic Yoga Nidra crystal sound bath to restore harmony to your body, spirit, and mind!
Sound bath meditation is a unique style of meditation that requires little to no effort or focus - the sound waves coming from the singing bowls do the work for you, slowing your brain waves to reach a deep, meditative state. This nourishing soundscape is the perfect complement to yoga nidra! Experience deep relaxation through guided breathwork, body scan, visualization, and harmonic vibrations.
Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets to build your “rest nest” are provided. Please bring anything else that makes you feel cozy, for example, a small pillow, eye mask, sweater or cozy socks.
This is a relaxation practice for all skill levels. No yoga or meditation experience is required.
To ensure each person has a comfortable and peaceful experience, pre-registration is required. Once the event is full, a waitlist will be generated. If you register and are not able to attend, please cancel your registration so we can welcome someone from the waitlist.
Register using the fitDEGREE app and select the pricing option that works for you.
Cost: $25-$50 sliding scale.
