Yoga Nidra, also known as non-sleep deep rest, is a wonderful tool for nervous system regulation. Many people experience a sense of relaxation and well-being after yoga nidra, which makes it an ideal balance to work or school. This class blends pranayama (breath work), restorative poses, and yoga nidra meditation so you can rest both mind and body.
